Our new england meat rub is a traditional rub from the northeast that combines the rich taste of maple with sugar, salt and other spices.

For chicken, turkey, or other types of fowl, rub the seasoning inside cavity as well as the outside for maximum flavor.

For rolled up cuts of meat, such as a boneless leg of lamb, unroll the meat, season both sides and then roll back up and tie.
