Do not buy this appliance. The operating manual is totally incorrect. The appliance will not operate if you use the instructions in the operating manual. The appliance will not operate less than 8 hours in the low mode. Wolfgang Puck should be ashame to have his name associated with this expensive piece of junk....Buyer Beware....

This looks lovely, but never worked properly. I followed the programming instructions exactly, but there's a disconnect between their manual and their product. Save money and frustration by going with a different brand.

Bought because it WAS a Wolfgang Puck item.....first the timer went bad so that was replaced.....then the inside ceramic bowl cracked, we have been waiting six weeks for a replacement.....phone calls keep telling us in is in back order........yeah.....very disappointed in this product, junky, at best...would not buy anything Wolfgang Puck again.

I purchased the Wolfgang Puck slow cooker WPSC0010 at Amazon and it was delivered promptly... I opened it up and the unit is beautiful... I followed the directions but could not get it to work..The timer would set and the temp would not...Then I tried to just hit the on button and the time changed and on and on..I called the customer service number on the back of the directions and spent 30 minutes with a rep that did her best to help..She simply gave up and said I needed to contact Amazon to return the unit..I got cut off while she was looking up a contact number for amazon..and since I had a fresh pork roast in the unit I went to a local store and purchased a different slow cooker. I will try to get the contact number for Amazon tomorrow since the customer service was closed by the time I purchased a new slow cooker and turned it on with no problem...

The crock pot is difficult to program but once learned it is not too bad. The issue is that after 18 months of occasional use it ceased to cook. This is the shortest lived slow cooker I have ever owned and given the price it should last longer.
