EASY GRILLING....GREAT RIBS! Aug 25, 2008
By C. Barnes

This rack works well. Using indirect heat, a drip pan with a little water in it to catch the grease and create a little moisture and you are set to go! The rack holds more than you think it will hold. Can be used for chicken breasts, quarters, etc. also. I spray my racks with a little olive oil before I put everything on the grill...this helps with the clean up....makes that job allot easier.

for skinny ribs Nov 14, 2009
By Eriocaulon I typically buy baby back ribs. This rack just does not have wide enough spacing. Most of my ribs simply do not fit. I like the stainless steel but not happy with the spacing. I tried widening it but not the greatest results.

Problem Solver Oct 12, 2009
By Max Remley I needed a way to hold slabs of ribs in my gas fired smoker - without taking up all the shelf space. This rack works perfectly for that. Fits on one shelf of my smoker, holds four half racks of ribs between the uprights and two more half racks by leaning them up against the ends. Since we get our baby back ribs packed three full racks to a package this works out great. I have to cut the racks of ribs into two to fit them into the smoker so this wire rack accommodates them all. Price is right for the problem it solves.

Works very well. Jul 21, 2009

Weber products are always good. I bought another of these
at a local store and they work very well, but best with the
St Louis trimmed style ribs. The full racks come over too far
and will limit your load to 2 rack at a time without touching.
The trimmed ones are best anyway and use the trimmings for tasters.
Not bad to clean and the finish comes right back each time.

Nice size for a weber 22" Apr 22, 2011
By T. Krauska I just bought one at my local hardware store and was pleased at their size and quality. The picture doesn't do them justice. They seem to be heavy duty. I sprayed them with Pam to help with cleanup. They fit the baby-back ribs I bought at Costco just fine. I cut my ribs in half and since I had 3 sets of ribs put two in the rack and leaned two on the sides. If you cook them in the middle of the weber you could probably put up to 4 sets in the rack although they would stick out on the sides.
