5The only grill a family would ever need  Jul 29, 2010
There are very few products which gets such perfect reviews. And this product deserves it. I bought mine couple of weeks back and I have been using it everyday since. The assembly is easy. It takes about 3 hours. And once you have your propane tank it is fine grilling from that point. The product features are way too many and I am not going to list them here. But from a grilling experience perspective it is the perfect grill and the only one that you would need for a long time.

5Great Grill  Jul 28, 2010
This is a perfect grill for newbies. My husband and I never owned a grill before, and so after a lot of research we settled on this one. It took my husband about 2 hours to assemble. We've been using it ever since!

4Excellent grill (dubious about grids)  Jul 18, 2010
My grill is the EP-320, with stainless steel grids. The E-320 is the same, but with coated cast iron grids. The latter made me nervous - the coating always came off my steel grids in the past, why would it stay on cast iron?

Amazon does not offer the EP-320, or I would have bought it here; instead I went to a rainbow company on the web, for about the same money (a significant savings, SS grids cost more). That company was fine, but the shipper messed up my delivery - I wound up driving a couple of hours round trip to get the thing on the day I had already taken off work. The box did fit into the back of my Matrix nicely, but forget it with a sedan.

The several hours I spent methodically assembling the grill are a distant memory. The grill will get up to 700 degrees at high, although 550 is more usual. Cooks great. The side burner design is excellent, and it's just powerful enough. I use it to cook pasta outside, and not steam up the house in summer.

I recommend a meat thermometer such as Taylor 9842 Commercial Waterproof Digital Thermometer (fork styles are more convenient, but don't get as good reviews) and a wok such as Weber Style 6434 Professional-Grade Vegetable Basket, both of which I use.

5very impressive grill  Jul 14, 2010
my wife and i put this weber grill together in just a couple of hours. it was awesome and we had some fun at the same time. i was not crazy about the directions with no verbal instructions so my wife decided to help. she would study the diagram and then i would put it together while she looked at the next step.this is an impressive looking grill when it is all assembled. have not prepared any food yet on this grill but will in the morning!! the only problem we found with this assembly concernes attaching the stainless side burner table to the frame at the rear side. the instructions show a sheet metal screw but the hole in the frame is square. round peg in square hole does not work!! other than that this genesis 320 is A W E S O M E ...

4Weber as you expect it  Jul 11, 2010
Easy to assemble, all parts included and instructions were very clear. Cooks extremely well and a snap to clean. This is a well made grill, very sturdy and intuitive to use. I have cooked delicate fish, steaks, roasts and various fowl, all have come out precisely as I had set the grill temp. The only complaint is that the doors do not line up correctly.
