Good, inexpensive, but not as good as the non-organic version Feb 14, 2009
By Richard E. Taylor The same maker's yellow-label Balsamic has the same wording, except for the word "organic." But it is a lot better. The organic version is good, certainly, and barely over half the price, but next time I'll spend the extra money for the yellow label version.

excellent vinegar, ok price Dec 20, 2010
By K. Adams This balsamic is the best I have found for the price. It is a bit thickened, on the sweet side, mild with no cheap vinegar taste.

Unreal. Oct 03, 2011
By Minnaloushe This is so good, I don't even have words. Dipping strawberries in this, or drizzling it over mesclun is heaven on earth with every bite. A little goes a long way, making the price justifiable, as does the amazing taste. So good. One note-sweeter than others, but fabulous!
Love this vinegar - Wish it came in a bigger bottle! Mar 10, 2012
By The Brogdons We use this vinegar in salads & soup, on sandwhiches, with fish (replace the splash of wine with this), sauteed vegetables. Its a perfect complement, not like regular vinegar which is tart and sour, this has a mild pleasant flavor, not sour, but not sweet either. But it also makes a great condiment to sliced strawberries - a couple of tablespoons over a bowl of sliced strawberries, let sit for 15 min and serve. Delicious!
