Amazing. Feb 23, 2009

I own every kitchen gadget known to man. Well, okay, I am missing a couple, like the combo microwave and pizza oven. But really, I own just about everything out there for cooking, and this little doohickey is a gem. If you don't cut up your onions into smallish pieces (that is, if you insist on putting a half an onion in rather than quartering it), it may take a little strength to do the first twist or two, but the blades are very sharp and do a wonderful job after that. The other night, I made a killer apple, dried fig and balsamic vinegar glaze using this and it chopped the apples without mushing them at all. I just can't recommend this highly enough. Cleanup is extremely quick and easy as the whole thing is top-rack dishwasher safe.

Wonderful Until it breaks Jul 22, 2009
By Johnny J. Ray This chopper worked very well on a variety of foods. It will chop onions, tomatoes, etc. with little effort on your part. Whenever I had to chop the something, I always looked to use the Tupperware chopper.
However, the item durability and service keeps me from getting this product 5 stars. The blades are very sharp, but the handle and all other parts are made of plastic. About a year after I bought the chopper the gears that turn the blades broke while cutting an onion. I tried to get a replacement part under warranty, but their customer service does not honor the warranty after a year.
Overall, good product until something goes wrong. Use at your own risk.

Amazing Jun 05, 2008
By T. Newman It is absolutely amazing how easy it is to chop onions in this thing. It is much easier than a food processor that does not waste electricity.

Great for decks or patios Sep 07, 2008
By Skylarzmom I use this for making smoothies on the deck. No more dragging out the heavy blender. Just a few turns of the handle and you blend most any fruit and liquid. My son loves helping me turn the handle. You can also make great fruit salsa using this little gadget. It's portable size is still larger enough to make the best salsas for the family.

Versatile Tool Jul 01, 2010
By Patricia M. Minute I have had this chopper for over a year and find so many uses for it, but my favorite is making tuna salad. I throw in the tuna, celery, onions, hard boiled eggs, and relish. The chopper makes it such simple work. It chops and mixes everything together. It takes me a third of the time that it used to. Be careful to cut items in two-inch slices so they actually fit between the side and center of the chopper. It's plastic, except for the blades, so you can't abuse it, but because it is plastic, it washes up quickly and is ready to go again. I just recently purchased one for my daughter for her birthday.
