The best darn Chinese Cook book Feb 11, 2000

in english. Simply put it explains in plain english the basic philosophy the Chinese have towards food, cooking and meals. The recpies are simple but the underlying principles behind the recpies are clearly demonstrated thanks to Mike Nelson's drawings. I got a used copy for fifty cents. Good luck finding a copy.
