Great stainless pan Mar 24, 2012
By Jeff Spencer Our family was concerned that as the non-stick coatings wore off our pans we were eating it. So we decided to go with full stainless pans instead. We've had two of these pans for a year or so and have been very happy with them. The only thing I don't like about them is that the heat doesn't extend up the sides of the pans. For instance if you make scrambled eggs the eggs will cook nicely on the bottom but their will still be a thin layer of raw egg left on the sides. It's due to this issue that I rated it as 4 stars rathter than 5.

By ruredee I got this item this past week and have used it 3 times. It looks beautiful right out of the packaging but the looks don't hold up. The lustre turned lack lustre after the first washing. After the 3rd washing the inside of the pan looks like I've had it at least a year, there are lines and discoloration. I followed manufacturers recommedations and cooked over a low heat and seasoned before the first use. It does heat quickly in that respect I would give it 5 stars. It's listed as 10.25 inches but is actually 10.5 inches.
