This pot is exactly what I wanted.Foods simmer very well- vent in cover allows steam to escape. Best of all -- there is little clean-up - nothing sticks!

Great Spaghetti Pot Jan 07, 2010
By Lovemyjob

I was looking for a larger pot so that I could make a larger batch of spaghetti since I like to freeze the leftovers. I was reluctant to purchase this without seeing it but have found that it is exactly what I was looking for. As stated on the other review, nothing sticks to it making it easy to clean and the hole in the lid allows steam to vent out without drying out the sauce. My only gripe is I don't have a large spoon, which makes for an occassional "ouch" when stirring. Purchase a long spoon, you'll thank me later. Great pot.
As for freezing leftover spaghetti, it works great, just seperate the meatballs and sausage equally into tupperware style containers, then pour in the sauce, seal it and freeze it. My wife and I swear that the leftovers taste better than the original batch. With this pot, we are able to freeze six (6) batches. Oh, and no need to defrost, just open the frozen container, plop it in a sauce pan, turn it on low, stir occassionaly and in 30-45 minutes, your ready to go.
Happy cooking, enjoy your new pot.

T-Fal Stockpot - Black (12-qt.) Feb 15, 2010
By D. Lazarow I shopped around and found that the price at Amazon was the best. Truly pleased with how quickly I received my shipment. Used the pot to cook chili, meatballs, and soups, and have not had to worry about it boiling over or spilling out. I would definitely recommend this pot to anyone looking for a quality made stockpot.T-Fal 12-quart Total-Nonstick Stock Pot, Black

Stockpot is Great Jan 10, 2011
By Larry As a wedding present I gave my wife a complete set of Copper Bottom Revere Wear including 8 and 12 quart stockpots. After many years of sticking experiences I gave her the 12 quart T-Fal stockpot. It is everything we expected and more. I found the stockpot at a mall for $66.90 after I had ordered on Amazon for about $40.00. I love a good price as much as the non stick feature.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Feb 08, 2010
By Andrew Copeland I RECIEVED MY ITEM VIA FEDEX AND IT WAS BROKEN . I CONTACTED FEDEX WHO TOLD ME TO GO TO THE VENDOR (AMAZON) WHO TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SELLER (RITZ CAMERA). I FINALLY RECIEVED A REFUND OF THE ITEM COST BUT NOT THE SHIPPING CHARGES. I HAVE SENT OVER 10 E-MAILS TO ALL THREE PARTIES WITH NOT ONE REPLY OTHER THAN TO RATE MY EXPERIENCE. SO HERE IT IS-- DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES OR DO ANY SORT OF TRADE WITH THEM THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE ONLY GETTING YOUR MONIES.
