Get you burners back in line Aug 05, 2010
By hank Burner was broke. ordered the replacement and it got my grill back to new! It was a little hard getting the old burner out. had to drill out the old screws but that is not a problem for me. start with a small drill bit and work up larger. It is only one screw! I have been cooking almost every night on the like new grill now. I almost went out to buy a new grill. WOW.

Size not as advertised Sep 10, 2011
By William B. Trent I bought 4 of these for my Perfect Flame 2518SL-LPG.
The are most definitely NOT 16 1/2" long as advertised. As others have noted, on some grills the attachment bracket for the end of the burners extends just far enough that they can be made to work, if you are willing to jury rig some way to fasten them down.
They fire up just fine, and appear to provide a nice even flame.
I do not approve of purposely advertising false product specs, and would have returned the items if I had not been in a bind with a family BBQ scheduled for the next day.
Burner Replacement Parts Dec 08, 2011
By Guitar Man Replaced all four burners and they work great. No adjustments were needed. You will have to "drill out" the old rivets/screws securing the old parts.
Good replacment parts for my Char Broil grill Nov 24, 2011
By William J. Harrison

I purchased and installed 4 of these replacment tubes a couple of weeks ago and have used the grill twice since then so thought I'd leave a little feedback. These tubes were a perfect fit for my Char Broil grill. They installed relatively easy and work as well as the original. One disappointment was that replacment nuts/bolts are not provided. The original hardware is long rusted beyond use (which is likely a very typical situation) so the manufacturer should have sprung for the addtional $1 worth of hardware and eliminated this inconvenience. When removing the old tubes expect the original bolts to break off. Three of the four on mine did and the forth was equally unusable but was helpful to take to the hardware store to match up size. Also, the metal flange that the tubes bolt onto was also somewhat rusty and fragile in my grill but was still usable. If I ever need to replace these tubes again I will likely need to replace that part as well. As it was I had to add a small strip of metal with a hole in the middle to one section of the flange to provide a place to bolt one of the burner tubes onto since the original metal broke off when removing the old bolt. A small strip of house framing aluminum, a drill and a rivet gun made this an easy fix but two small nuts to hold the metal strip in place would work as well. Overall very happy with this purchase as my 5 year old gas grill is now working good as new.
BBQ Grillware burner-pipes Sep 21, 2011

Pipes were the "right-fit" as far as female end fitting the gas-manifild, but these were a tad too-long for the depth of my BBQ, so I ground-off the flattened-sealed tips about 1/2", right thru the middle of the screw-hole. Working like brand-new now!
