The shipping of this product was very fast. I love this cheese served with port wine, and a pear poached in Burgundy. Very strong taste. It is hard to find in even high end stores. I recommend to stock up when you can find it.

One of my Favorites Feb 18, 2011
By Ivan Womboldt I was so pleased to find this delicious Shropshire Blue on Amazon. I first tasted it at traders Joes and then they stopped covering it. It really has so much depth and character. I ordered it with my favorite English Stilton and I have a hard time saying which one I like best.
