Scanpan Professional 14-Inch Wok
I ordered this wok from Amazon to find that the wok was not entirely round along its top rim. Upon closer examination, there was about a 4-inch dented area along the top rim with scratches and nicks, (like it was dropped). I went back online to Amazon to do a product return submission, declaring reason under "Not working or defective", stating my reason and requesting a replacement. Immediately I got an email from Amazon with their apologies but informing me they are replacing the wok. Then not too much later, another email came notifying me that replacement wok will be delivered the following day. I have never returned a product before in all the years I've bought from Amazon, but I must say that the amazon website is well laid out and everything required to be done for this purpose was easily accessible and the website works in all aspects, unlike many online shopping sites. Next day early, the defective package was picked up and the replacement wok delivered an hour later by FedEx.
I've already used it and am very satisfied with it. I'm not new to wok cooking and being brought up in Singapore, have in depth knowledge of what makes a good wok and how to use one. I fully recommend this product. Along with this note, I also want to commend Amazon as one of the few online stores that I fully trust, as well as one I look first when buying things they carry online. Service and reliability have always been excellent. My recent experience beats going to the downtown store.

being a daily wok cook, I must say this is the best one I have experienced. Benefits: uniformity in cooking; resistance to burning; extra large size makes it easy to cook larger dishes as well as easier to turn food; and best is the green durable material it is made from... no health concerns, non-stick, and incredibly durable.

Scanpan Professional 14-Inch Wok
I've had this wok for a year so far and am extremely happy with it. Great pan with a number of key features that were important to me. 1) Fabulous nonstick performance with minimal oil required 2)Large diameter allowing me to toss food easily or make a large dish like paella. 3) Sturdy handle allowing me to easily move food to serving dishes (in contrast to that of the 14 inch Swiss diamond wok which comes with two stubby handles) 4) Nice metal lid and 5) Dishwasher safe, although it washes extremely easily by hand too.
If you don't need such a large size, the smaller Swiss Diamond woks with a sturdy single handle might be the other wok to consider besides those made by ScanPan.
