Rapid Ice Champagne Chiller Oct 14, 2003

ALL of the Vacu Vin products are amazing. We have used the regular size (wine bottle) chillers for years and love them. I was searching for a way to quickly chill Champagne and found that Vacu Vin made one as well! I also recommend their vacuum marinade system to the best tasting, most tender meat you could ever ask for!

I love it. My friends love it. And finally a product made for Champagne bottles that actually fit a Champagne bottle! Just don't pay too much attention to that "Rapid" part. I would not use it on a warm bottle and expect a nice cool glass of the bubbly anytime soon. Keep it in the freezer until you need it. Then slip it over a chilled bottle to keep it chilled when you don't have an ice bucket handy.

This cooler is very tasteful. Does it keep the champagne cold for a long time. Don't know, it never stays around that long.

Seriously, these little bags do a good job. They are light, easy to store and can be used anywhere.

Great chiller for picnics Aug 21, 2011

I have several of these types of chillers for wine bottles. They keep a cold bottle of wine cold for a decent amount of time and are great for bringing wine to picnics, etc. I was hoping this champagne chiller would fit over a 1.5L bottle of wine--it sort of does, but not easily. Wish they made one for magnum-sized bottles of wine.

Snug fit and keeps champagne just right for two to finish the bottle. And I prefer the subtle design as well.
