5Using for over a year and love it  Dec 08, 2010
By A. Woldman
I have been using this pan on a regular basis for over a year and still love it. The nonstick coating is staying strong and easy to clean. This thing is so big it's easy to make large meals in I use it to stirfry often and even when I have burned stuff or used a sticky sauce it wipes easily clean.

Wonderful multi-use pan. Very deep allows cooking many different dishes in this large pan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

2ok for short periods of time on low heat  Jan 15, 2012
By Suzanne Foti
Over time the surface can't handle heat and starts losing its nonstick quality. This is really disappointing because it is nice at the beginning but then degrades rapidly.

5Every woman need this in their kitchen!  Oct 09, 2011

Excellent item. I use it almost every day. Deep enough so you don't have anything spilling over onto the stock. Makes clean up alot quicker. Love it! My kitchen is now complete.

5comment on ceramic cooktops  Sep 15, 2011
By dunwawry
I fudged, I haven't bought this product. I was looking for my daughter. I have some ceramic cookware myself though, two different high end European brands, and a ceramic cooktop. I just wanted to comment that, while I don't read directions, I have never had trouble with mine. I take no precautions, other than allowing for the weight, not dropping a pan, they are HEAVY, or putting something hot on my cold cooktop. I suspect the problem is related to brand specific construction. It's probably why Rachel's cookware can be sold at a fraction of the cost. So, if you have your heart set on enamel, you may want to investigate further. Meanwhile, I'm glad I read these reviews before I bought. Thank you everybody for the heads up.
