I'll keep my other pasta cooker! Sep 07, 2008
By ShellBell I received Pasta n' More as a gift. I already owned the Fasta Pasta Microwave Cooker, and was looking forward to comparing the two. And what I found out was: There really is no comparison. Pasta n More LOOKS like you're getting more for your money, but doesn't deliver. The instructions are unclear, and the cookbook that comes with it is lame. I've used it 4 times and my pasta has came out hard on the ends and pasty in the middle.
I've used my Fasta Pasta at least 50 times, and my pasta is always perfect. If you're wondering which one to buy, save yourself some time, money and pasta - get Fasta Pasta. Another bonus?? MADE IN THE USA!!(not China- Pasta n More is) I'm trying to buy American made products whenever I can

Warning! Aug 06, 2008
By L. Gorsky be careful if you have a small microwave. company does not provide product size. received mine yesterday and it won't rotate on my turntable because it gets stuck. i measured it and came up with 13.5x6.5x5. since it's an oval it's hard to be precise. have not cooked pasta in it. i see others on amazon that might be better for me.

Exactly as described! Aug 29, 2008
By DJ I have seen the TV infomercial and doubted the claims, but surprisingly enough - it cooks pasta as good as it claims! And, no mess with the big pot and steaming up the kitichen - total cook time is half as compared to on the stove. I also cooked (baked) potatoes in it as on the infomercial and the results were as they said - delicious! I highly recommend this product! FYI: Purchasing through (Get Organized) Amazon was a much better deal than direct on the Pasta N More website and shipping was speedy for standard shipping.

pasta n more Aug 12, 2008
By Mrs. Robin M. Coles i usually do not write reviews, but this product is wonderful. i have used it for corn on the cob and cooking noodles, and it worked perfectly. the strainer part makes it so much easier to rinse off the noodles.I will use this for cooking all macroni and noodle products, and will find other uses for this product, the pasta n more.

Don't hesitate! Jan 09, 2009

I felt compelled to write after reading some of the negative reviews this product received. First of all, the directions couldn't be more clear. It gives the ratio of water to use with how many cups of pasta you use. Following these directions, plus stirring midway (as it tells you to do) my pasta came out perfect. I like my pasta a little more done so I cooked it 2 - 3 min. more. As for the plastic taste........I followed the directions that tell you, before using for the first time, put water in container along with all other parts except lid and microwave 10 minutes....remove and wash with hot water and detergent thoroughly. Following these directions, my pasta had only the taste it was supposed to have.
With it just being my husband and I, I'm always looking for ways to cut my cooking and clean up time down and the Pasta N More does just that. It's was so great not having to contend with a pan on the stove plus a strainer and bowl, as I served my pasta in the container.... and..... it was soooooo easy to clean.
As for the recipe book being lame......please....there are 50 recipes in this tiny book.....what more can you want? Granted, probably all of the recipes won't taste that great.....but it's a pasta cooker.....I got it to cook pasta, anything else I can make in it is, for me, a bonus.
