I don't usually eat many beef products but these tenderloin tips baked really TENDER and TASTY even though I cooked them to medium well done. They just melted in my mouth. Ofcourse, I added pepper, garlic, and onions to them before putting them in my convection oven but they came out scumptiously delicious. I also added a little olive oil since there wasn't any observable fat to keep them moist while baking. Of all the beef products offered by Omaha Steaks, this is the only one I will definately buy again. They are just so easy to cook and so delcious. I highly recommend them.
