A product that's much too salty and over spiced. The meat is tender, but our tray portion consisted of hard pieces of meat (not due to our prep)and what appeared to be a sheath of tissue which caused us to discard the remainder of our sandwiches. Perhaps, you'll find products of better quality from Omaha Steaks, but this won't be one. Side note: even with all the pertinent information provided to customer service at Omaha Steaks regarding the sale/purchase, a refund takes up to thirty days.
