Easy to use. Works well. Required a little extra work to install in an insulated cabinet (approximately 2.5" thick). Overall as advertised.

By Denise Doehling Bought this and the matching electrode. Modified my Brinkman and now I have a smoker that will hold temp and works great! Recommend the conversion.

By Roadking Bought March 9,2012 thermostat has already burt out I am having to replace it today 4/12/2012 I should have replace the Element and the Thermostat & cord at the same time but you learn from mistakes.

I rigged this puppy onto my Brinkman smoker which I had previously rigged to have an electric element. Had to fuss around some with it but when I was done I could regulate the temp. Made first class jerky. I am pleased with this product.
