Easily 5 stars if you like vanilla. Its much cheaper than whole beans, and tastes very much like pure vanilla, with none of the bitterness or alcohol taste of extract.
It's a bit different in texture than I expected...it is more of a thick syrup, due to the other ingredients (sugar basically).
I bought it initially because we make homemade tapioca, but I have been putting a drop in my coffee also!
Highly recommended.
I would love to hear a comparison with the other vanilla paste brands on Amazon...as this is the only one I have tried so far.

I LOVE this stuff! It is so handy and goes a long way. It has a syrupy consistency and is packed with vanilla bean caviar. This gives your food that extra special gourmet taste. I love putting it in whipped cream, frosting, icing, cakes and scones. It would be great anywheree you use vanilla extract or vanilla beans. If you like to make desserts, you really need to try this!

I have been using this in icecream and the tase is great and has no funny after taste or alchol tast that extracts and vanilla flavorings have.

I saw this on a website and knew I had to get a bottle. Sur la Table in Omaha carries it, the flavor is so much deeper and more sophisticated than regular vanilla extract. This is all I use anymore. I've given it as gifts to friends that have also made the switch to using this full time.

I really like this stuff. I got it for Christmas for a friend and use it all the time. I like it because you can use it in recipes that call for either vanilla extract or vanilla beans (it has a guide on how much to use on the back). I think it would make a really great gift for anyone who likes to bake.
