5Absolutely wonderful, but if you are not used to eating healthy foods your review might sound like the other 1-3 star  Feb 06, 2012

These are great and for a gluten-free snack that is not full of additives, corn, etc. this really helps keep those cravings to crunch and eat breads and chips away... I have been eating healthy for many years now though & could see how if you think you eat healthy, but still haven't cut out preservatives, sugars, corn, etc. you might not be ready for this healthier treat... although with soy still included I wouldn't consider it super healthy, but we're getting closer :)

2Eh.. Ok...  May 04, 2010

Well, they have an ok flavor.. but it's the seeds that do them in... Very hard. Now I love crunchy food... but these are teeth breaking crunchy.. I was getting them for the whole family, but I seriously doubt my kids will be able to chew them... Don't think I'll be buying them again...

5Want to stop eating these, but I can't  Feb 01, 2012
By Hindy Garfinkel
I picked these up for my daughter who is gluten free. A friend of mine told me about these. I finally decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. Was looking for a pretzel replacement for her. These things shouldn't be good. Yes, they have a nutty/overdone taste to them. They have hard seeds. But that's why they are so good! That's why they are so addicting. They satisy that crunchy, salty need. And they are probably 100 times better for you than a standard pretzel!

5These are great!  Jan 25, 2012

I originally tasted these as a sample at Whole Foods. I immediately bought several bags. They are very crunchy, which I like. They are also a healthy snack with just the right amount of salt. Even though I am a gluten eater, I love this snack!

5You either love 'em or hate 'em.  Nov 22, 2011
By Paul Evans "No, I won't fix your computer"
As you might be able to tell by other reviews, this is a snack that you either love or despise.

I personally love these pretzel sticks; They have a fantastic crunch to them, and I like the texture of having larger seeds (flax, millet, quinoa, etc.) intact to crunch on their own. There's just enough salt on them so that they are pleasantly tart but not overwhelming. They are also extremely healthy and relatively filling.

Some dislike the taste - a friend said they tasted like baking soda. Many complain about how hard they are - and they are very, very crunchy and some are a bit tough. But if neither of these bother you, you may end up addicted... like me.

The bottom line: go buy them in your local Whole Foods or Wegmans before ordering a whole 12 bags. That being said, if you do in fact like them, you will, in all likelihood, find yourself back here buying them in bulk.
