Some years ago I purchased a small 'Look' omelet pan. It's still very much in use for a variety of things, still heavy, even-heating, and the nonstick interior is perfect. Over time I've kept my eye out for other cookware from 'Look,' and it's not easy to find - plus, the pricing has increased substantially. Once made in Iceland, the line is apparently now just labeled as being Scandinavian-made. Perhaps they've expanded their manufacturing operations. Nontheless, when Amazon had this 2-quart pan at a very good price ($50) through a partner vendor, I snapped it up. It's as solid and impressive as the omelet pan, and will undoubtedly do yeoman's work for many many years. This is not Big Box Store junk, and the price reflects that. Still, you get what you pay for (yes, you can write that down.......).

I love to cook and if you love to cook you need quality cookware. The Look cookware is wonderful. I bought several as Christmas gifts. I want my whole family to experience this wonderful cookware. You won't be disappointed. Mabel
