Lodge Logic is electrostatically coated with a proprietary vegetable oil and cured at high temperatures to allow the oil to deeply penetrate the surface of the cast iron. Natural sand mold surface is ideal for our new, seasoned, ready to use finish. Sturdy, integral, ovenproof handle and assist handle provide lifelong durability. Tightly controlled metal chemistry and exacting mold tolerances deliver consistent product for even heating and superior cooking performance. Features cool grip spiral handle on bail.

AAAhhhhhhh, good ol pot roast like mom used to make. But much easier due to the fact that lodge preseasons their pans now. The big 9qt size is great for whole family meals in one pot, We do have a ceramic covered cast iron pot also, but it is not quite the same, close, but just doesn't have the browning and good cracklins on the bottom that the cast iron gives you.

I wanted a good cast iron Dutch oven; Lodge is highly rated, the size and price were great. Very satisfied w/ the product and the seller. Delivery was quicker than I expected.

I ordered this large 9quart Cast Iron Dutch oven and it arrived well within the promised date range. It is an great addition to my Cast Iron and I really love it. It makes the best chili!

My boyfrined is in love with this item. He has wanted one for a long time and always says " One day when I get one I'll cook..." So this is the biggest and best priced one I could find anywhere. I looked for 2 months in stores and online!!!
