Palate Pleasing... Feb 20, 2008
By Enlightened411 These little crackers are delish!
They *don't* upset my stomach like 'commercial' peanut butter crackers do (especially when I eat a WHOLE box).
A good deal for a case of of 12 boxes.

They make a nice snack Oct 29, 2006
By VeggieTart I first tried the Late July Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers at an animal-rights conference here in DC. I liked theme except for one thing: there doesn't seem to be much peanut butter flavor to them; there's very little peanut butter between the crackers. Still, I would recommend it as an easy workaday snack for adults or a schoolday snack for children.

Love Late July Products! These Are No Exception! Feb 17, 2012

Best peanut butter sandwich cracker ever. My toddler paws at the box at snack time each day, she cannot get enough of these. You get 13 crackers per serving, and each box comes with 5 servings - so approximately 65 miniature sandwich crackers per box. The crackers are rich and buttery, and the PB is satisfying. There isn't much on each cracker, just enough to give you that classic PB sandwich cracker flavor (and it makes clean-up after snack time with a toddler a little easier ;)). My only gripe with these crackers, as with other Late July products I have purchased, is that they use NON organic soy lecithin when there is organic soy lecithin that they could have used in its place. I only complain about that because soy lecithin is a huge GMO ingredient and I have started to become much more aware of GMOs and try to avoid them. Please, Late July, remove GMOs from your products!

4-5 stars for taste - there is no doubt these peanut butters crackers taste very good BUT
Everything in these crackers are organic EXCEPT they use NON-ORGANIC Soy Lechitin
From what I have read (and I may be wrong) when the USDA was putting together guidelines for Organic labeling organic Soy Lechitin was not available so it was one of those ingredients that was allowed to slip through - well now ORGANIC Soy Lechitin does exist as does Sunflower Lechitin so I don't understand why it isn't used in this product. The bread I buy contains ORGANIC Soy Lechitin . . .
As I'm sure many of you know a product only needs to be 95% Organic to be labeled as such and it seems to me that companies (not just Late July) take advantage of that fact and I find it beyond annoying especially when we are talking about any kind of soy product since next to corn it is the most heavily genetically modified crop in the US.
Now there are a lot of incredibly knowledgeable people here on amazon so PLEASE someone tell me that I am wrong on this and why.
