5strong smoke  Mar 20, 2009
By Sandra L. Schaffer "Amazon shopper"
This is the first time we have smoked with anything but Bradley bisquettes. The Jim Beam provide for a much more intense and wonderful smokey flavor. Although I wouldn't use them for everything it was great for our brisket.

4Bourbon smoked anything  Jun 21, 2010
By A. J. Vello "domino"
These pucks in a bradley smoker are pretty great. I wouldn't use them the entire time you're smoking unless you have a digital one and can regulate the smoke, as they can get too smokey of a flavor, which i did't know existed until i got a bradley.

5Jim Beam Bisquettes for the Bradley Smoker  Jun 30, 2011
By jbcarideo
I love my Bradley Smoker, I used the Jim Beam Bisquetts to do some baby back ribs resulting in a smooth oakish flavor. I will use these again

2Only for the Bradley Smoker  Sep 04, 2011
By J. Miller "multi-user"
I thought the idea of a compact smoking bisquette would be much easier than using hickory or mesquite chips for smoking. Turns out, there is even a warning on the package not to leave the disk on the coals for more than 20 minutes or it could 'adversely affect the fast of the meat you are smoking'. Can't afford a Bradley which automatically ejects the disk into a pan of water whether or not it completely used up, so I will continue to use the good old fashioned all natural chunks of wood.

5Great for chicken  Apr 20, 2012
By Mike Calvo
Just got my smoker a few days ago and I am trying as many flavors as I can find. These work really well on chicken drumsticks! Takes about 3 hours at 220F. not a really strong smoke flavor but really good.
