By K. Y. Huang scratch easy even by using chop sticks to stir fry, thin metal dont hold the heat, it is what you pay for "CHEAP"

By orin888 This wok literally proved its cheapness in about 30 seconds! I started heating some olive oil to cook stir fry (pretty sure thats what a wok is for! lol) and it actually BURST into flames in the pan. Im assuming its whatever the nonstick coating is made of because it eventually burnt itself out and left a huge hole in the pan. So besides the fact that I almost burnt my house down, the pan is now completely unusable. Good thing amazon backs their products!

Great tool for beginners! Feb 07, 2010
By Paul I brought this wok last year in order to be able to stir-fry on certain occasions. I can say I'm very pleased with the purchase. The quality is very good, especially considering the price. As a college student, it fit my needs perfectly. More avid cooks may want to purchase a lid --sold separately.
