This is the freshest and most flavorful powdered ginger I've ever purchased. My husband puts it in a beverage that he drinks for medicinal purposes, and he's very happy with it. It's a fraction of the price that you encounter at the supermarket for the volume, and worth the extra effort. One bag goes directly into the freezer, and the other into a jar in the fridge. Sure beats buying those little jars in the spice aisle.

I'm very pleased with this ginger - very fresh tasting, which is important since I use it mainly in beverages. The cheaper stuff just doesn't have the "bite" that this stuff does. Excellent!

It comes packed in two one pound foil packs, so it should stay fresh for some time. It's a lot of ginger, but if you work out the cost per ounce, it's much cheaper than the smaller containers of quality ginger, and even a bit cheaper than the generic stuff you can buy at a discount (but worlds better in terms of taste).

Highly recommend.

Yep, best deal for the money, high quality, spicy and No sulfites!!!

I recommend a teaspoon in a glass with stevia, along with arginine and pycnoginol before workouts. Tip: have a chaser standing by...this stuff is hot!

Ginger is one of my new favorite spices.
Put some on chicken, steak, burger.
Mix with bbq sauce or a honey glaze and I'm in heaven.
Also good mixed with beverages like tea.
A versatile and outstanding herb that no kitchen should be without.
Recommended.

The product is so versatile and flavorful. I use it to make instant ginger tea, also to cook Asian style dishes or bake delicious cookies. I trust Frontier, they always carry high quality products, non irradiated and sulfur-free.
