Bummer Jul 04, 2010

The lid does not fit as it should. It's too big, and sits precariously on the outer edge of the lip, instead of in the trough under the lip as it should.

Warm and soft tortilas May 16, 2011

Glad I got this! Ever try to warm tortillas in their package in the microwave. Ever try to use that tortilla to make an enchilada? Not soft, not flexible, only warm and maybe even tough tortilla is what I always got.
This tortilla warmer is easy to use and I get a soft warm tortilla every time no matter if it is the top most tortilla or the very last tortilla. As they were meant to be.

It's a great product ! Mar 17, 2009

The steamer works great, but I was confused. Isn't the glazing supposed to be on the outside ? That way, when you soak the steamer the water is on the inside ? But anyway, it works great. Thanks
Too small for burrito sized tortillas Apr 30, 2012
By Sheri Miller Our previous terra cotta stoneware warmer broke, so I was looking for a new one. This one gives the dimensions as 8.5 inches, but if you look further, it's really 8.4 inches. And that is the outside dimensions. The warmer is pretty thick, so the burrito sized tortillas do not even come close to fitting in this warmer. I was disappointed so I sent it back. Still looking for another one.
