Best nonstick pan I own! Mar 31, 2008
By SerenityinVA I purchased this frying pan after being disappointed by so many others. The biggest problem I have with large frying pans is that they don't stay flat on the stovetop. I have a flat top stove. I LOVE THIS PAN! It's heavy duty. Heating is EVEN. The handle is very comfortable and it's super thick stainless steel has remained very flat. Clean up is a breeze. No problems at all with this one. I highly recommend it. Like the old saying goes: You get what you pay for. I would definitely purchase this pan again.

Great pan that cooks awesome grilled cheeses Nov 24, 2010
By John Sieber This pan is awesome. It makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches. Always consistently brown and crispy.
The non-stick surface is great and food wipes right off. The handle has a great curve and does not get hot. I recommend to anyone and bought one for my mother as well.
It is a bit heavy, but the extra metal on the heating surface really keeps the heat evenly distributed. No hot or cold spots on the entire cooking surface.

Excellent Pan, Great Price Dec 14, 2009

I absolutely LOVE this pan. It is heavy but not too heavy, heats fairly quickly and evenly AND the non-stick coating is still in near perfect condition after nearly a year. However: I must add that I reserve this pan for crepes and pancakes, but I do use it at least 2 times a week. I definitely would recommend this pan.

Good pan at a good price Feb 20, 2012
By Steve Fletcher We bought an earlier model of this pan about five years ago. It is finally too worn for use so we bought this new model at Amazon about a month ago. Same quality but one downside. It weighs about six ounces more than the old pan. The weight is not in the pan, rather in the handle. It is a little harder for either my wife or me to lift and tip this pan than the old one. Hence the four stars rather than five. Otherwise it is a very good and useful pan.
Amazon.com purchase of FARBERWARE "Millenium" 12-Inch NON-Stick Stnls-Stl SKILLET Apr 11, 2012
By Robert L. Ruttinger Regarding FARBERWARE "Millenium" 12-In. Stainless Steel NON-Stick SKILLET: Bought this Skillet as an "Anniversary Gift" for my Wife & I to "RE-Place" an "Earlier-Production"-Version of SAME FarberWare-brand, "Millenmium"-Skillet. The OTHER FarberWare, "Millenium"-Model, stainless steel "NON-Stick" Skillet We HAVE, has held-Up VERY-Well for about 3-to-4 Yrs, overall (!!)---Thru the fairly "Rigorous" cooking service Our Family puts a Skillet & Our OTHER similar kitchenware thru!! The Teflon "NON-Stick" coating of Our "OLD" FarberWare "Millenium"-Skillet is beginning to "Flake-OFF" around Rivet-Heads that hold Handle-to-Pan, as-WELL-as getting "Worn" & "Flecked" @ CENTER of Pan-Bottom....We are STILL "Using" the "OLD" FarberWare "Millenium"-Skillet for "Browning" burger meat, AND as Our "2nd", Or "Back-Up"-Skillet....In OTHER "Reviews", I read "Complaints" about these "Millenium"-Skillets being "HEAVY"---Presumably DUE-To the Stainless-Steel, base construction?!? That's EXACTly the feature my Wife & Sons & I "LIKE" about Our FarberWare "Millenium"-Skillet: It's HEAVY, AND: Made from a Stainless-Steel-base!! My Wife & I have purchased, abundantly-"USED" & "RETIRED" virtually NUMEROUS 12-Inch "NON-Stick" Frying Pans over 25 Yrs of marriage & raising a Family....Virtually ALL of those modern skillets were of ALUMINUM construction, of varying "Brands" manufacture, and of varying "Weights" & thickness....Our "OLD" FarberWare "Millenium"-Skillet has held-UP the "BEST" of ALL the OTHER modern "NON-Stick"-style frying pans/skillets!! I credit this to ONE, "Main" feature: Its "HEAVY", STAINLESS-STEEL Construction, and probably OTHER "Quality"-features I'm NOT even "Thinking"-of, Or mentioning here!! ALL of Our former skillets constructed from an ALUMINUM-base have eventually WARPed in the "CENTER"-of-Pan, Or OTHERWise (!!)---AND the "NON-Stick" coatings have NOT "Held-UP" for NEAR as LONG as that on Our "OLD" FarberWare "Millenium"-Skillet. AFTER virtually NUMEROUS Yrs of cooking, THIS-Time We actually "Read-the-Instructions" for a CHANGE: We'll NOT be using "NON-Stick" Sprays on Our "NEW" FarberWare "Millenium"-Skillet---And thus: MAYBE its "NON-Stick", Teflon-coating will actually "LAST" for MUCH-Longer than the 3-to-4 Yrs that Our "Older"-one lasted!!?!! Our "NEW" FarberWare "Millenium"-Skillet SEEMs to be "Better"-constructed, "Better"-designed, and of even "BETTER"-Quality than Our "OLD"-One....Thus: After about a Month of owning it: SEEMs like a "GREAT-Value"!! Got it for a good $$-Price over Amazon.com, w/ "FREE" Shipping-&-Handling from company We purchased from....
