The cushioned ergonomic handle feels great when lifting and the spouts on both sides of pan make straining liquid a breeze. I'm looking for a similar two quart pan now.

I bought this because I liked the griddle pan so much. The non-stick surface is way better than the outdated pans they replaced. The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars is that the handle is disproportionately heavy for the pan. When empty, or less than half full, it has a tendency to tip. Kind of annoying, and something I would think the manufacturer ought to have discovered in their labs - no?

This is the perfect size pot to make sauces in and it has two pouring spouts one on each side to pour the gravy out perfectly. The finish on this pot makes it so easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it.

Bought this saucepan from Amazon two weeks ago and I have already used it several times to make sauces and jams. The two spouts are very useful,this pan is the highest quality as all Circulon, I have owned the Circulon 2 set of pots and pans for three years and they look as new.
I have been looking for this saucepan in stores for some time to add to my collection, with no results, and finally got it at Amazon, and the price was unbeatable too !!!
Great pan, great purchase!!!!
