i use this pan for everything..fried potatoes, frying meats, sauteing vegetables, making spaghetti sauce..it is wonderful..and they clean up so easy..i have the whole set and some extra pieces besides..the best cookware ever.

I bought this for my fiance. He is a great cook, but has never taken the time to buy nice cookware. I don't believe we will ever purchase another brand of cookware!

We have the electric version of this pan and desired a stove top pan that is large with a lid. This pan meets all our requirements. It is easy to clean. The large size is excellent for country fried steak for a family event.

I am very happy with the pan in both versions.

My wife and I wanted something for frying fish, empanadas, etc., without the oil spilling out all over the stove when you flip something. This is it! Very good quality, bordering on professional-type cookware. A little pricey for a frying pan, but well worth it! Easy to clean and heats evenly too. Loving it!
