Great pan - great price Jul 09, 2011
By Donnie S Great pan. Thisdoesn't exactly match my other pots and pans, but I was looking for an inexpensive pan I could use with confidence AND put in the dishwaher. At this price, I was willing to take a chance, and am very glad I did. Attitionally, the glass lid has the wider metal circle around the outside, so I can easily distinguish it in my ocean of lids. That is really helpful, because I don't have a good way to keep my lids orderly (you should see my tupperware cabinet!). I highly recommend it for an every day pan. I don't think you'll beat it for the price anywhere.

Will be one of your new "always used" kitchen items Sep 04, 2008
By Laura
"Laura S."
This pan is the best pan I have ever used. The pan is balanced and the helper handle has come in handy too many times to mention. I used to use skillets all the time but this works better for me.
The pan is quite large and probably won't sit all the way down in your sink if you have a double sink. I currently have one large sink and it fits. When I had a double sink, the bowl would fit all the way in. But, no matter what kind of sink you have, the non-stick surface is truly non-stick. The sink sprayer will most likely get everything out except a little left on or around the metal nubs that hold the handles on. The surface also does not scratch. I've been using mine almost 3 times a week for 4 years and it practically looks brand new. (I use wire wisks in my saucepan and it looks the same as this pan.)
The size is perfect for my use. I brown hamburger for hamburger helper in this pan and have room to spare. I could fit 2 boxes if I had to. I could also fit 2 of those frozen complete meals in the same pan. So this is good for a family of 2 to a family of 6 or 8.
If you are thinking about a new pan and balk at the price tag, once you have it in your hand, you will understand. You will not be disappointed. This will be a pan you will have for years. So when your kids go off to college and need some pans for their first apartment, you can tell them, "too bad!" They can get some cheaper ones for that.
Big Love for Circulon Jan 17, 2012
By plinko I scored this pan at Homegoods for $60, but I wanted to leave a review here because I like to give products that make me happy a little press. This is my second saute pan from Circulon. The coating came off my first due to my own neglect. I abused that poor pan. The rest of my Circulon pieces held up beautifully, so I pounced on this as soon as I saw it. I have pieces of Calphalon and Anolon, and even though they may be better-known brands, my Circulon pieces please me the most. Circulon pieces are extremely well constructed, yet easy to maneuver. They are esthetically pleasing, heat evenly and are a breeze to clean up. If you follow the maintenance instructions, this pan should last a very, very long time. This piece in particular is perfect for one pot skillet meals. It is my most used piece and sees action at least once a day.
Just what I was looking for! Feb 18, 2011
By Maureen Donovan Cooper I love the Circulon Elite cookware, and it seems like it may be getting phased out or something because I usually buy it from Macy's and I can hardly find any of it. This is an issue I seem to have with lots of things -- I find something I like and then it gets discontinued. I saw this very large pan on Amazon and ordered it right away. The handles feel great in the hands (the helper handle is a must for a pan this size) and the pan will hold just about anything. I really love glass lids so I don't have to lift them to check on the food while I cook. Amazon's price on this pan was also great. Don't hesitate to order it!
A little pricey, but a good, heavy pan Jan 28, 2010
By Karl A. Rockenhaus I bought the 10 Pc Elite set and it did not have a sauce pan. I bough the 5 qt with the helper and it is a quality item. A bit on the expensive side as the same sized skillet is about $70 less expensive. I chose this for the extra handle and based on other customer reviews.
