Assembly took all day, but finished product is great! Apr 29, 2010

The grill comes in a box with literally zero pieces put together, so assembly took an entire afternoon and no small amount of trial and error. But now that it's assembled we love it. It heats quickly and evenly, with good controls on the burners.

Nice Grill! May 17, 2010

This gas grill is very nice for the price. Assembly was quite easy and I thought the manual was very easy to read. The Grill also looks good when assembled. I have cooked a variety of things on it and this grill is very adjustable (temperature)from one side to the other, for instance , chicken breast on one side and steak on the other. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

It gives me gas! Sep 10, 2010
By R. Enderwood I've owned this grill for 2 years. Great the first year. Now that it's going into the 3rd year, it's falling appart. Side burner no longer works, electric spark starter no longer functional. Going to have to buy a new one! Next time, I'll pay a little more and hope to get what I pay for!

Really Cheap Grill Feb 17, 2011
By Paul L. Jackson Had this grill less than a month and due to design issues it almost burnt up. As it was the grill overheated so badly the knobs were melting! Discovered the hose running to the side burner ran through exposed metal and the hose broke. I am very lucky that it did not blow up! Would not recommend this grill at any price. Design is so poor it should be pulled from the market.

Poor durability, lousy parts support May 26, 2011
By Bill We've owned the "Designer Series" Char-Broil model for two years. It cooked fine, but the cooking surfaces and steel parts rusted quickly and badly. A trip to the local big box stores turned out to be a waste of time. They don't carry the parts we need. A visit to the company's web site for spare parts quickly showed it makes more sense to buy a new grill than to spend money on their high-priced steel parts. This is probably the company's strategy, but they've lost us for good. We have a smaller back-up Weber that has held up very well. Invest in a higher quality product...it will last longer, and perhaps you won't find yourself soon frustrated over the lack of availability of reasonably priced common replacement parts.
