The high sides and narrow opening work together to help control evaporation of sauces, heavy-gauge bottom provides even heating and prevents sauces from scorching. The bottom interior is sloped for easy stirring.
The revolutionary, ultra-smooth SLIDE NONSTICK surface releases foods effortlessly and is ideal for omelettes, eggs and crepes; frying breaded fish, meat and poultry and croque-monsieur, cheese sandwiches and crab cakes.
Cook with little or no oils, butter or fats.
100% Dishwasher safe. Oven safe to 500 degrees F / 260 degrees C. Utensils: Nylon, coated and wooden

The BEST small pot I have ever had. Perfect for two servings of oatmeal or soup. Great for small amount of veggies. Cleans up like magic. Great for rice or quinoa. Great lid. Great handle.

The cutest little sauce pan arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I've used it several times and it's great. Very fast clean up too.

The first thing I cooked in this pan was a boiled egg. I filled the pan to about the level of handle rivets. As the water started to boil water started dripping from the rivets. I was not impressed
