These bisquettes in five flavors yield perfect results. Sixty bisquettes in five flavors--alder, maple, hickory, cherry, and special blend produces 20 hours of burn time.

Hickory Bisquettes: The preferred flavor for smoking pork, the bisquettes can be used for any meat. Forty-eight bisquettes produce 16 hours of burn time.

Mesquite: Nothing says Texas like the taste of mesquite. Perfect for beef, venison, or wild game. Forty-eight bisquettes produce 16 hours of burn time.

I've used these on many occasions now for ribs, bacon explosions, even fish, and various other things. They work fine. I wish the smoker could also use just regular wood chips, but that has nothing to do with this product, just the smoker.
