It is a good product. The only fault I can find is when using the smoker with the vent closed for like ribs, so much condensation builds up in the smoker that any wood biscuit left in the cooker at the end of the cooking falls apart and cloggs the feeder.

Great if you aren't sure what smoker wood you'll like. I prefer other woods: mesquite and apple to finish, so won't get this again.

I bought these to use in my Bradley smoker I received as a Xmas gift last year. I love the smoker, I love these wood pucks, but I hate to have to pay this much for some smoke. It's the only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I guess I have to get used to it, because I plan on doing alot more "smokin".

I am new to smoking meats and purchased a Bradley Smoker. These "bisquettes" are used by that smoker to provide the smoke that flavors the meat. They, along with the Bradley Smoker, make smoking very easy to do, and the meat they turn out is delicious.
