Best Damn Pork Roast I EVER had! May 03, 2009
By Wade A. Alderson
"Avid Reader"
I bought the Bradley Smoker as a present for my self after paying off a debt. I was saddened to learn the Bradley smoker doesn't come with "token" bisquettes.... I didn't know what to get so I bought the "Bradley Special Blend" I read the Bradley recipe for Pork Roast... I did what needed to be done the day before... I got up at 1:30 AM and started smoking a 10 lb Pork Roast. 12 short hours later I became what is now known as A GOD AMONG lesser MEN. I proved it was not a flake when I made smoked Turkey Legs and fed them to folks who don't like Turkey Legs. I was harassed for days until I agreed to make MORE SMOKED TURKEY LEGS for folks who don't like Turkey Legs. And the Brisket! Men fall to their knees in awe and women plant flowers where ever I intend to walk to soften the blow of my steps because of how incredibly awesome the Brisket turned out!
I took all the credit, but the "Bradley Special Blend" is what did all the heavy lifting.
Thanks to the "Bradley Special Blend" I can now walk down the isles at the local Wal Mart where Men hide their faces in shame and women offer to pick out my produce.
...
In all due honesty... the "Bradley Special Blend" is a very nice general purpose blend that goes pretty well with everything. I have done loads of beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, goat, and even bass and crapie. I always keep it on hand for when their isn't enough Apple to do this, or Hickory to do that... I'm not kidding, it's the Get The JOB Done Blend in my house and NO ONE ever complains.
And that is a Fact!

Great on Poultry or Ribs May 09, 2007
By Biff The apple bisquettes provide a milder, sweeter smoke than the mesquite or hickory making them great for chicken or turkey. I smoked a chicken over the weekend that had a perfect smoky flavor, but not too strong. I also like to smoke pork loin back ribs with the apple flavor bisquettes.
The only downfall about the Bradley Bisquettes of any flavor is the price. I think they should be about half the price.

Great Flavor! Oct 17, 2007
By C. Forester We used the Bradley Hickory Bisquettes to smoke two chickens in our new Bradley Smoker, Stainless Steel. It was the first time we had used our smoker and the chickens that we smoked tasted amazing. The bisquettes gave a lot of smoke flavor and worked totally up to our expectations. Great product!

The best for pulled pork! Apr 08, 2011
By Nolan Obviously I have a Bradley Smoker and use several of their biscuits for a variety of meats. I use pecan almost exclusively for Pork Shoulder. I use apple for chicken, turkey, and ribs, Jim Beam Oak for beef, and alder for fish. However, I'm seriously considering Pecan for everything going forward. The flavor signature is very good and I always receive compliments on the pork...Bradley Pecan Bisquettes 120 pack
