The best gluten-free snack ever! Jul 29, 2010

Ingredient list: Rice Flour, Almonds, Potato Starch, Expeller Pressed Safflower, Sea Salt, Natural Almond Flavor, and Butter Flavor.
I got hooked on Mr. Krispers toasted almond chips, but when they got discontinued, I had to find a new, wheat and gluten-free snack. Voila - Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins! Blue Diamond has improved on an already great snack with a "Hint of Sea Salt" version that is still plenty salty for me. With only 80 mg. of salt per serving (less if you consider the amount left over at the bottom of the bag), it makes a very delicious treat that sometimes I find myself consuming the entire box instead of limiting myself to 17 crackers! I'm positively addicted. I've also tried the Hazelnut Thins, which are also quite delicious, but the Almond Nut Thins are my favorite.

Great gluten-free crackers Oct 11, 2011
By J. Thornberg I love these crackers, and rely on them now for my lunches on the go since havig to go gluten free - although I ate them before my diagnosis as well, so they are great for anyone. Super crispy and light, perfect with cheese, and at 17 crackers per serving you get a lot for not too many calories. Subscribe and save beats all grocery store prices so far. Definitely recommend!

Hoping they start carrying these here! Amazon has great prices on the other 7 flavors, but this one is my favorite!
Oh man, these are so addicting - I ate the whole box! Mar 07, 2012
By R. Eye I bought these at the local grocery store and then I found them on Amazon. I bought several cases and I love them! These are lower in salt which I like and have an Almond base. They are less flavorful than the Hazelnut (in my opinion) but I still like them without anything on them. If you add some warm Brie cheese and dried cranberries, you will be in heaven! I particularly like that they are gluten free. I am so happy that Blue Diamond invented these. Highly recommend!
I love, love, love these crackers! Jan 01, 2012

My two crunchy snacks of choice for some time now have been Snyder's Butter Snaps Pretzels and popcorn popped in my Nordic Ware 60120 Microwave Popcorn Popper. Blue Diamond Nut-Thins have pushed those two treats from the top of my crunch list. You simply cannot beat this cracker for mouth feel if you like plenty of snap, and the almond flavor of these crackers is sublime. They are wonderful with dips, but they are so delicious, I actually prefer to eat them plain. Though there is salt on them, it is truly a "hint," because they qualify as low sodium with only 80 mg. per serving.
At only 8 calories per cracker, Nut-Thins compare favorably to my mini pretzels, which are 5 calories each.
Blue Diamond is known for nuts and products made with nuts, and they have several other nut flavors for these crackers: regular almond, pecan, and hazelnut. All of the Nut-Thins are delicious.
Highly recommended.
