1Disappointed  Jan 10, 2012
By Sandra D. J. Wran
I'm disappointed in the quality of this pan. It came with a small scratch in it. After having used it once with just water to try out my new stove and once for cooking meat with a wooden spatula the pan was left with spots all over and the scratch is more evident than before. I did what Berndes recommended: "Use a water/vinegar solution (9:1) and your pan will look brand new" to get rid of the spots but that didn't help. The pan looks like I've been using it for years. Not what I was expecting from a pan that cost more than $70.

5great pan and I like it!  Feb 15, 2012

Before using, I searched online and followed a solid "seasoning" steps, re: clean and dry it, put on peanut oil, and heat up by 350 F for 20-30 minutes. It worked great daily with its size (9-1/2 inch) and delicate interior. ;) Even though sometimes it got sticky by making a stir fry or fried rice, it became clean again by soaking in water or using "Bar Keepers FriendĀ® Cleanser". Overall, I recommend it for its low risk to health than nonstick pan.
