2 QUARTS short of 20 QUARTS !!!!!!!!! Mar 31, 2011
By RAM3500SRW Full to the lid it contains 18 quarts NOT 20!!!!
I wonder why no one has mentioned that it is not a 20qt POT. That would have been a big RED FLAG for me as I need 16qt batches and 5/8" head space to lid is not adequate for a rolling boil.
Decent quality 18QT pot with heavy billet bottom with marginal sheet metal handles that are sandwiched in 3/8" plastic halves.

Best stock pot I ever bought Aug 15, 2011
By Betty K. I love this pot. I purchased it for canning and all I can say is that I am very impressed with it. I use it for tomato sauce and I can keep it at a rolling boil without having it butn. That's what counts for me. It is big enough to make a suitable batch of sauce. No problems.

Great pot at a great price Jan 26, 2011
By RussBird I've used this for beer brewing and as a lobster pot, it's performed perfectly every time. I was leery of the lower price on this compared to some other pots with the exact same specifications, but it has been a great purchase. Save some money, get this great pot!

Really big pot, HUGE deal Feb 21, 2011

I'll keep this review to the point: better price (by $23), better quality than the one I saw a Target. It's nice and thick and sturdy, which means it takes a little while longer to heat up, but your food doesn't burn. The glass lid has a steam vent. My only POTENTIAL complaint is that the handles don't LOOK sturdy - they are mostly plastic. Thus far, no problems though (and they stay pretty cool even when they've been over heat for 3 hours).

Quality Stock Pot NOT INDUCTION COOKWARE Apr 09, 2011
By Michael W. DaBose

I was looking for an induction stockpot and came across this when searching with the term induction stock pot. This is a sturdy, well made pot at an excellent price. However it is not induction capable - attempted to use with two different induction units. In spite of this I still like the pot.
