Awesome! Apr 19, 2010 I love this cookbook! my fiance is from Mexico and i have been searching for a way to make food for him that is close to what he used to eat. He was so surprised when i cooked homeade tortillas with carnitas. He loved it! and it was super easy. this book is very easy to read and understand and it makes the cooking fun. The only thing i wish it had was an explanation of where to find some of the ingredients. I highly reccomend this cookbook!

Intersting cookbook Mar 10, 2010 Interesting cookbook. In our area we are very limited to many of the ingredients that we can buy.

Great recipes and a fun cookbook Dec 15, 2009 I ordered this book as a holiday gift for a professional chef in the family. Before wrapping I just had to browse the recipes and I WILL be ordering another one for myself! Every winter I spend a couple of months in Mexico and I am very fond of the food. Mexican cooking is one of my specialties and the recipes in this book seem to be very authentic with the use of ingredients and cooking techniques.
