Wok made from Japan Jun 15, 2010
By Chris I seasoned this guy using the salt method, then seasoned with oil on a gas burner. I then used a few onions to get rid of the metallic taste. The first actual dish I made was garlic fried rice. Nothing stuck to the wok. No rice grains, not even the eggs. When I put in the eggs, it almost slid right off of the wok as I was moving things around. I had never seen that before on any pan that i have used. I might order one or two more woks just so I can cook different types of foods at the same time or to give them away as gifts. I don't know if the ones made in China are any different, but my experience with the one made in Japan (so far) has been wonderful.

By Chita They send me the wrong item and they do not think the first thing to do is to refund or exchange it for me. I have to try and try. Please make sure what you order is really what you want, there will be not exchange nor refund label in the package.

By pen After a year or more of cooking with it, the Wok is my testimony for the good old days. Tried many new tech pieces without satisfaction, this wok beats them all. I have noticed that weight is not always the issue. The wok is easy to carry and quick to the heat point. And yes, it is nonstick. If you like Chinese food, if you use a wok, buy this one.
